Acceptable Payments

Ashanti's Photography accepts the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Cash, Mastercard, VISA, Zelle.

Communication

Ashanti's Photography understands things happen, so please be mindful to communicate with us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule your session.

Deposit

​To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required. This deposit will be credited toward your final invoice.

Deposits can be sent to Apple pay with name to 469 500 7370 or Zelle​.

​​​​​Late Fee

Ashanti's Photography understands delays can happen. A 15-minute grace period is provided for all booked appointments.

​

• Arrivals between 15 and 30 minutes late will occur a $35.00 late fee.

• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and a new booking along with a new deposit will be required.​​

• To avoid incurring a late fee, Ashanti's Photography kindly request that you arrive promptly for your scheduled photoshoot. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hour notice. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and allows us to maintain the highest standard of service.

No Show

For no show appointments, your payment method on file will be charged a non-refundable full price for the photography session you booked. You will be required to book a new appointment and pay a new deposit.​

Photo Retouching

Additional photo retouching will be $40.00 each.
